Shipping Rates and Methods

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 1000 AED within the United Arab Emirates.
- For orders under 1000 AED, the shipping rate is 20 AED.
- We ship via Emx, with delivery typically within 5-10 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are not available

Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be charged by your country’s customs department. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid separately by the customer upon delivery.

- Standard shipping within the UAE typically takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping to PO Boxes
- We ship to your door step with in the UAE

 International Shipping

- We ship world wide with 150 dhs charge only 

- please email us with your product request and we will get back to you 

Damages and Missing Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. 
- If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our customer service team within 3 days so we can assist you.
